Thank you for considering the Mount Berry Soccer Academy as part of your summer soccer experience.  We believe we have the best facilities and some of the finest coaches, resulting in a challenging and enjoyable time for everyone.  Please apply either online or print the registration form and submit by mail to the appropriate camp director. 

Here is a quick list of what you need to complete your registration:

  • A $100 deposit is required to complete ALL RESIDENTIAL CAMP registrations process.
  • MBSA Medical Release
  • MBSA Liability Waiver (signed and complete, does not need to be notarized)

All balances must be paid in full either before camp or at check in on the first day of camp.  We are looking forward to having you join us this summer and sharing with you the considerable expertise of our coaches in a fun and challenging setting!
